I was there for a wellbeing treatment! And let me tell that this was the best massage I have ever had! Tietie my therapist was amazing! I recommand you to come and enjoy their Spa facilities also! All is made for you to have a perfect time, enjoying the piece, the calm and the cleanliness! I will for sure coming back. I recently visited the spa at the Address Hotel in Downtown Dubai and had a mixed experience. I booked a 60-minute massage, and unfortunately, I found the service to be lacking compared to the high prices. The only positive aspect of my visit was the reception staff, who were very welcoming and friendly. However, the overall quality of the massage did not meet my expectations. Given the premium pricing, I expected a much better experience.

Worst spa experience ever. I booked at 2pm for an hour and I came on time, they offered a welcome drink and it took us 5 mins to chill. The therapist then took us to the therapy room and just before we entered she said we will do it for 30mins because we were late even though we weren’t + they didn’t mention anything about being late before. We told her we weren’t but she insisted and she was extremely rude and tried to prove us wrong. The other therapist said if you want we can offer you a 30mins massage and tried to help but the first therapist was so unprofessional and extremely rude. She also then spoke to the other therapist on the side in front of us. We then said it’s fine we’ll just cancel and she showed zero interest and care and didn’t even apologize. I then spoke on the phone with the spa and complained, they said they’ll send an apology email and a discount code but I still didn’t hear from them. We didn’t feel welcomed and ended up leaving the spa very disappointed. Congrats you just lost a loyal hotel guest!
